What Makes the Ideal Implant® Different?

Published on Jun 18, 2018 by Tito Vasquez

The Ideal Implant is the latest in implant technology. Women no longer have to compromise when it comes to the safety or satisfactory results of their breast augmentation. With the Ideal Implant, you can find the safety of saline material with a natural looking and feeling structure! Let’s take a look at what sets the Ideal Implant apart.

Shorter incision

The Ideal Implant uses many chambers of saline filled material. Saline is a sterile salt water solution that allows for a smaller incision during placement than silicone implants. With a smaller incision also comes less tissue trauma and less scarring for more satisfying results!

No silent rupture

A silent rupture is rare but is a serious concern among many women who are deciding to have a breast augmentation with implants. A silent rupture refers to a rupture that goes unnoticed, due to the structure of silicone implants. In the event of a rupture, the implant would keep its shape, while the silicone gel could potentially leak into the body and go unnoticed. Because the Ideal Implant uses only saline material, you won’t have to worry about a silent rupture or MRI scans needed to detect them. The increased safety of the Ideal Implant also allows for women 18 years and older to benefit.

Easy removal

If a rupture were to occur, the implant can be easily removed! The saline solution would be safely absorbed by the body, leaving only the shell to be removed and a new implant to be placed. However, with a silicone rupture or complication, the removal is a little more complex and the silicone gel could be potentially harmful if leaked into the body.

Reduced complications

Because the Ideal Implant utilizes multiple chambers instead of one, the structure is stronger than regular saline or silicone implants. This reduces the chance of ruptures from happening in the first place and minimizes the risk of other cosmetic complications such as rippling, folding, or capsular contracture.
